1. Acceptance
By accessing or using KitZ Services, including the workspace at kitz.services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
KitZ is an AI workspace for small and midsize businesses. It provides CRM, contacts, conversations, quotes, calendar, reporting, chat assistants, and related AI automation services. KitZ may also provide professional services such as implementation, training, workflow design, integrations, and support.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account and email access secure. You must not share credentials, abuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, or access another customer's workspace or data.
4. Customer Data and AI Output
Your business data remains yours. AI-generated drafts, summaries, recommendations, and documents should be reviewed before use. KitZ does not guarantee that AI output will be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every business decision.
5. Platform Providers
KitZ currently operates on Vercel, Supabase Postgres and Auth, Upstash Redis, and direct Anthropic model access for chat fallback. These providers may process data as needed to deliver the service.
6. Payment, Trials, and Cancellation
Beta, trial, or paid access terms may vary by customer agreement. You may stop using KitZ at any time. If a paid subscription is active, billing, refunds, and cancellation terms are governed by the checkout or service agreement provided at purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
KitZ Services owns the platform, software, interface, brand, and design. You retain rights to your business data and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload or process any content you provide.
8. Limitation of Liability
KitZ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, KitZ Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform or AI recommendations.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, communicated through the product or by email.
